At Humony, we’re very much focused on people first. We make sure that we look after our people; whether that’s our team members or even the local community – as much as we care for our valued clients.
With our people-first attitude, we’re particularly conscious about ensuring that all of our team members’ needs are met – whether that’s physically, mentally or technically. All our offices are accessible to those with physical disabilities, and we make sure that we’re empathetic to any other requirements to help our team members to work effectively.
Our planet is precious to us. Travel-wise, we carpool whenever we can, and for our fitness, some of us commute on foot or cycle. In the office, we use natural lighting, and recycle and compost, plus only use reusable water bottles and coffee from reputable sources. And outside, we’ve planted flowers for our pollinator friends.
We have a strong team environment at Humony, so we make sure we check in on each other and support wherever is needed – it’s what makes us human. All of our team members have unlimited access to mental health resources, in addition to private healthcare which provides 24-hour access to medical professionals.
We may work with clients nationally and internationally, however we’re also keen to help our local community around our offices too – helping to boost their profile and assisting in their projects to raise valuable funds. So we actively engage with local sports clubs wherever possible, which includes sponsoring local events.
We’re constantly looking for ways to support other organisations and the local community. For this reason, we encourage all of our team members to get involved with a variety of volunteering opportunities and initiatives to support organisations that may be in need of support or just an extra pair of hands.
