Merging systems
When a College merged with another College, the accounts had to be maintained on a single system. We migrated financial data from their legacy system onto our own finance system to allow them to process and view historic transactions from a double entity perspective and a single entity perspective. Additionally, we trained all College staff so that on the date of the merger, there would be no disruption to business as usual within the joint College.
