Budget cut negotiations
A judicial authority financed by the central government feared a cut in budget and called on us; to analyse data and produce pertinent and useful financial reports to allow them to compare spend against budget and therefore assist the authority in making key decisions in how they allocated expenditure in light of a possible cut in income.
