    Ian Mckie

    Operations Director

    Having joined us back in 2000, Ian’s journey from junior consultant to operations director means that his knowledge will ensure your ‘go live’ goes smoothly. When he’s not busy helping with clients, he’s a big fan of both music and the arts – he’s a regular at Glastonbury Festival of the Performing Arts too.

    Debbie Cooke

    Manager

    Starting as a developer, Debbie’s a key member of our management team, so her expertise in finance, support and consultancy is absolutely invaluable. Years ago, she took on the challenge of travelling from London to Kathmandu on the Overland trail; ending up in India working for El-Shaddai Street Child Rescue.

    Matt Warner

    A true tech wizard, Matt’s one of our senior analyst programmers; responsible for solving programming challenges or system administration projects. Plus, you’ll find him incredibly helpful when it comes to network support. Matt likes nothing more than exploring new technologies. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and kayaking.

    Patrick "Paddy" Curran

    With over 40 years’ financial experience, Paddy’s been with us for over 20 years, currently working in support and testing. Previously, Paddy was a real rockstar; travelling extensively through Europe as a professional rock musician. Outside of work, he’s a big fan of motorbiking, skiing, skating and walking.

    Pete Parry

    One of our longest-standing members, Pete brings his wealth of technical and troubleshooting skills combined with a hands-on approach in his role as technical services and infrastructure manager. Outside of work, he juggles his role as family taxi service with his other favourite past-times: socialising. He’s also partial to retro and modern gaming.

    Pete Harris

    As senior software developer, a crucial part of our analyst/ development team, Pete’s superb blend of technical expertise and self-motivation really helps to drive this side of Humony. His preference for all things accurate also spreads to his personal interests too. He’s a keen chess player and sports fan – he loves darts, football and golf.

    Phil Ellis

    As a principle consultant, Phil has 25+ years of experience, plus a sound accountancy background. A self-confessed Excel wizard, he ensures he makes every implementation, upgrade and training programme a real success. Outside of work, he’s an avid photographer, enjoys hill walking with family, plus cricket and rugby.

    Elaine Chapelhow

    A true tech lover, Elaine’s years of programming experience helps our clients as one of our much-appreciated senior software developers. She’s a huge coding fan, but when she’s not in her coding element, you’re most likely to find her in or on the sea either open water swimming or kayaking.

    Ross McGill

    A proud father to his young son, Ross lives in the North West of England and enjoys life on the doorstep of Cumbria and the Lake District. His interests centre around anything to do with water, particularly sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Beyond this, Ross follows politics and he has a passion for gardening and horticulture.
